Marine PPF is a thicker, UV-stabilized variant of automotive paint protection film engineered specifically for boat hulls, transoms, and high-impact zones. It absorbs dock rash, fender marks, line scuffs, and trailer abrasions that would otherwise gouge gelcoat or repaint.

A typical marine PPF install covers high-wear zones like the transom, bow, hull rub strips, swim platforms, and gelcoat near cleats. Vessels are taken out of the water for installation and the film is fitted with marine-specific patterns.

Pricing depends on vessel size and coverage area. Expect $1,500-$4,000 for partial coverage on a 25-foot center console, and $5,000-$15,000+ for extensive coverage on a 35-60 foot vessel. Most marine PPF carries 5-10 year warranties.
